HDD Trenchless equipment performs a complex task and because of this, the machinery itself has complexities. These machines operate most effectively with regular maintenance and, eventually, they may require refurbishment. Over the years our service team has developed a thorough and unique understanding of this equipment.
We have a comprehensive service department that supports our warranty and service program for all new and second hand equipment.
All mechanical components of new and second-hand equipment are inspected and, where necessary, serviced before delivery to the customer. All second-hand machines are delivered with a full inspection report and – depending on customer requirements – the standard of machine delivered can range from one with a simple service to full refurbishment. All our work carries a warranty reflecting the level of service required.
New Zealand
Our main New Zealand service workshop is located at 35 McLaughlins Road, Wiri in Auckland. It is here that we carry out repairs and servicing of all Trenchless Machinery and parts. We service all your trenchless and HDD gear – regardless of whether it was purchased from JB Attachments or not.
Kevin Drummer heads up our New Zealand service team. With his 40 years mechanics experience your equipment is in good hands.

In Australia, our main servicing facility is at 59 Magnesium Drive, Crestmead.
